At Moore Unidrill, we’re always thrilled to hear from our customers around the globe, especially when they share their success stories. Recently, we received a message from a valued customer in Norway, providing insights into their experience with our equipment in varying conditions and with different crops.
Our customer shared stunning photos of their recent work using one of our Trailed Moore Unidrills. These images showcase two key approaches:
1. Reseeding with Perennial Ryegrass
After reseeding fields with perennial ryegrass, the customer is pleased with the results. The newly seeded fields have developed well over the spring, demonstrating the effectiveness of our equipment in establishing robust grass stands.
2. Direct Seeding with Timothy Grass and Bladfaks
In another set of fields, our customer used Moore Unidrill equipment for direct seeding following the application of Roundup. These fields were seeded with timothy grass and bladfaks, a common grass species in Norway. Despite the challenging conditions, direct seeding has proven successful, and the fields are thriving.
In addition to their reseeding and direct seeding projects, the customer has also experimented with fall barley for the first time. After a spring of promising growth, they’re eager to see how the crop develops through the winter and into the spring.
This feedback from Norway highlights how the Moore Unidrill can handle a variety of tasks, from reseeding perennial grasses to direct seeding into treated fields. Whether it’s ryegrass, timothy, bladfaks, or even fall barley, our customers continue to push the boundaries of what’s possible with our equipment.
